Brief Description
The Learning Experience in Leatherhead are looking for an apprentice to join their highly skilled team. A fantastic opportunity to gain a level 3 early years apprenticeship whilst supporting the room leaders in providing high end education engaging children through fun and educational activities.
Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent at Level 1 (grade 3) is preferred. There is an option for the right candidate to join a Skills Bootcamp course to start an accelerated Level 3 apprenticeship.

As a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice, you will play a key role in planning and delivering rich learning opportunities aligned with our LEAP framework, Core Advantage, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will provide outstanding care tailored to each child’s individual needs, observe and assess their development, and create stimulating indoor and outdoor environments. You’ll also ensure British Values are embedded in daily practice, uphold safeguarding and health and safety policies, and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to support other local nurseries.
