Vacancy Detail
The Old School House Nursery is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Apprentice who is eager to work with children and pursue a Level 3 Early Years qualification. As an outstanding nursery that trains up to 10 apprentices each year, we offer a strong support network and high-quality training to help you develop your skills to an exceptional standard.
As an Apprentice Nursery Educator, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team, responsible for a group of key children, planning and completing observations, and ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of all children at all times. You’ll be expected to comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework and contribute to creating a safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment.
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues is central to this role. The nursery cares for up to 106 children from birth to five years and is located in a beautifully converted Victorian school building, offering excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. In return, we offer a range of benefits including uniform, access to CPD through Noodle Now, 20 days of holiday (plus an additional day for each year of continuous service), childcare discounts, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
