Training to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:
•Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
•Functional skills in Maths and English if required
This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.

Future Prospects

This will based on candidates contributions and abilities. There could be prospect administration opportunities due to demand and expansion at the end of training/ apprenticeship

Vacancy Detail

Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a friendly first point of
contact.
• Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
• Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
• Booking appointments for surveyors and fitters.
• Generating invoices and processing customer information.
• Taking customer payments over the phone.
• Accurately entering customer orders and measurements onto the company's
computer system.
• Supporting the day-to-day administration of the business.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is
delivered at all times.
